Bank House Hotel to Remain Open

The Bank House Hotel will remain open beyond Thursday 5 November following the latest government announcement on Saturday 31 October.

While the Malvern View Spa and Bransford Golf Club have been forced to close, the hotel will be available for those who need to travel for a variety of reasons as set out by the government.

As well as those who need to travel for work and key workers, these reasons include where guests are unable to return to their main residence, use that guest accommodation as their main residence, need accommodation while moving house, are self-isolating as required by law, or would otherwise be made homeless as a result of the accommodation closing.

Breakfast will be offered to guests each morning with a ‘grab and go’ option available from 7am-9am. Dinner will be available for guests staying in the hotel from 6pm-9pm in-line with government guidelines and served as room service.

A summary of key points:

  • Hotel open to guests who need to travel for a variety of reasons as set out by the government.
  • ‘Grab and go’ breakfasts will be available from 7am-9am
  • Dinner will be available for guests staying in the hotel from 6pm-9pm via room service
  • Malvern View Spa closed
  • Bransford Golf Club closed

The Hotel, Spa and Golf Club will aim to re-open fully to the public on Wednesday 2 December, or when future government guidance allows.

If you would like to book a stay at the Bank House Hotel, please call the hotel directly on 01886 833 551 or email reservations@bankhouseworcester.com.
