Bransford Golf Club in Worcester will be hosting a Heartstart training day on Monday 9th February 2026, taking place at Bank House Hotel, Spa & Golf Club.
Delivered by the local Heartstart charity, the training day reflects Bransford Golf Club’s commitment, alongside the Bank House Hotel, to the safety, wellbeing and preparedness of members, staff and the wider club community. The sessions will provide practical, life-saving education in CPR and defibrillator use for those connected with the golf club and hotel.

Cardiac arrest can happen anywhere, at any time. By hosting Heartstart training, Bransford Golf Club, supported by the Bank House Hotel, is taking a proactive approach to ensuring that more people have the confidence and knowledge to respond in an emergency.
The training focuses on:
- Recognising the signs of cardiac arrest
- Performing effective CPR
- Using a defibrillator safely and correctly
- Understanding the importance of early action

A Full Day of Training at the Hotel
The training day will be hosted in the Pear Tree Suite at the Bank House Hotel, with multiple 90-minute sessions throughout the day.
The initiative forms part of the 2026 Seniors Captain’s chosen charity year, and the Bank House Hotel is pleased to support the programme by providing facilities and hosting the training sessions.
