Malvern View Spa Joins UK Spa Association

The Malvern View Spa at the Bank House Hotel has joined the UK Spa Association as it aims to help demonstrate the benefits of healthy living.

The UK Spa Association (UKSA) is the country’s only not-for-profit and collaborative trade body and comprises of members and partners from across the UK spa, salon and wellness sector. The organisation’s focus is to increase awareness and the benefits – both physical and emotional – of visiting a spa or salon on a regular basis.

They also represent the spa industry to a diverse audience including the government, media, investors, legislative bodies and consumers demonstrating the benefits our industry brings to the country.

By joining, the Malvern View Spa has complied with the UKSA’s Code of Practice that ensures a reliable customer service quality as well as an industry standard. These standards include Customer Care, Health and Safety, Team Welfare and Professional Conduct to ensure the highest levels of quality for guests and staff at the Malvern View Spa.

General Manager of the Bank House Hotel, Jason Mayglothling, said: “I’m naturally delighted for our Malvern View Spa to have become a member of the UK Spa Association.

“We’re always looking to improve the standards of our hotel and the spa is no exception. The UKSA are doing some amazing work in this industry by raising awareness about the health benefits of visiting spas regularly. We know this to be true from first-hand research and feedback from our members and guests.

“With mental and physical health problems becoming more of a highlighted issue in society, it is proven that people are in a better place when they take time for themselves to relax and look after themselves. UKSA’s aim is to promote universal wellness and wellbeing, which is something we strongly believe in too.”

Located at the Bank House Hotel, the Malvern View Spa offers hotel residents and guests award-winning Temple Spa treatments, and access to some of the best spa facilities in Worcester. These facilities include an indoor swimming pool and panoramic sun terrace, thermal suite (featuring a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and experience shower) as well as luxurious treatment rooms with highly-trained Temple Spa therapists. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness studio with personal training available.

Spa treatments start from as little as £8 while spa days and breaks are available from £60 per person. Find out more about the Malvern View Spa and the extensive range of spa days and treatments available on our Spa pages
