Malvern View Spa Assistant Manager, Clare Gadd, has successfully earned the ‘Train the Trainer’ qualification from Temple Spa.
Following an intensive two-day course, Clare showed her high levels of knowledge of Temple Spa products and treatments and can now train Temple Spa techniques to fellow staff at the Bank House Hotel’s Malvern View Spa.
Temple Spa is a British lifestyle brand who create award-winning luxury skincare, spa and beauty treatments. As the primary beauty partner of the Bank House Hotel, their products can be found throughout the hotel along with their unique selection of treatments available at the Malvern View Spa.
Recognised as one of the UK’s leading spa brands, their perfect blend of British sophistication and Mediterranean soul creates exceptional and creative spa experiences that are results-oriented, benefit driven and restorative.
Hollie McMillan, [job title] at Temple Spa said: “Clare did absolutely amazing. To gain this qualification, Clare had to display excellent knowledge of Temple Spa products and treatments.
“She will now be an ambassador for Temple Spa and will work alongside the Temple Spa Training team to deliver on-going training to new and existing staff. Clare demonstrated her knowledge by performing a selection of Temple Spa treatments on models over two days to a high standard under assessment by myself.”
Tracy Whelan, Spa Manager, was delighted with Clare’s achievement. She said: “We’re obviously very proud of Clare for earning this qualification. It’s invaluable for us to have highly qualified staff, and now we can improve that further by having Clare as a trainer and ambassador of Temple Spa.
“Not only will our current staff benefit from Clare’s expertise, it also means that new staff can be trained to Temple Spa standard with much greater ease and efficiency.”
If you’re yet to experience Temple Spa products and treatments, you can do so by booking a spa day or treatment at our Malvern View Spa.
