The Bank House Hotel, Spa & Golf has been inducted into the prestigious TripAdvisor Hall of Fame following five consecutive years of recognised excellence.
TripAdvisor, the world’s most popular travel review website, runs a yearly Certificate of Excellence awards programme, which the Bank House Hotel has been awarded every year since 2015. That continued recognition of the high standards throughout the hotel has seen the Bank House earn a special Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame award.
Since 2011, the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence have been awarded to approximately 10% of the businesses listed on the site who have consistently achieved great reviews over the previous year. To qualify, the business must have an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five and have met the minimum review criteria. An algorithm then takes into account the quality, quantity and recency of user reviews to allocate the award winners.
