Christmas and New Year Terms & Conditions

2024 NYE Accommodation & Event Package

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50% per person is required at the time of booking to confirm your attendance. All bookings are treated as enquiries until a deposit has been made. We do not hold spaces nor rooms without payment. The remaining balance of the package is due one month prior by Thursday 28th November 2024. If full payment is not received, your provisional booking may be released, and deposit lost. Once full payment has been made, we do not refund if numbers reduce, or guests are unable to attend under any circumstance.

New Year’s Break package is based on a Classic double and includes a full English breakfast with continental selection. Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11am on the day of departure. During your stay from check-in to check-out, guests have complimentary use of the health club facilities including thermal suite, swimming pool, jacuzzi and gymnasium (subject to availability). Treatments are at an additional cost and can be booked direct with the Malvern View Spa.

Table lay-outs, tables sizes and room plans are at the discretion of the hotel. Groups of under 6 may be seated on tables with other guests.

Food and table drink pre-orders are due with the remaining balance on Thursday 28th November 2024. Please inform the hotel of all dietaries and allergies within your group prior to arrival. Failure to provide food pre-orders before the deadline may result in your first preference of dish, per course, not being available and a standard selection may be chosen. We reserve the right to amend any menu due to supplier stock availability.

Advance drink orders are only for a minimum of £20.00. For any lower than this cost, please order on the night. Drinks preorders must be received by the 29th November, orders after this date will not be accepted and requested to order on the night. Drinks pre-orders will not be confirmed in the system without payment; this must be paid by card, we do not accept BACS, cheque, or cash. No external drinks can be brought into the event. Any guests seen with external drinks will have them taken off them and/or charged a corkage fee.

All events over the Christmas and New Year period are strictly over 18s only. If you do not inform the hotel prior to confirming your attendance with a deposit and/or full payment, no refund will be issued if it is brought to the hotel’s attention further down the booking.

Dress code is formalwear, no trainers, sportswear or casualwear classified as jeans, are permitted for this event.

After 1st May a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50% per person aged 3 to 12 is required at the time of booking to confirm your attendance. Children 2 and under will not require a deposit, but please include them amongst your numbers at the time of booking your table.

The remaining balance is due by Friday the 29th November 2024. If full payment is not received, your provisional booking may be released, and deposit lost. Once full payment has been made, we do not refund if numbers reduce, or guests are unable to attend under any circumstance.

Food and table drink pre-orders are due with the remaining balance by Friday the 28th November 2024. Please inform the hotel of all dietaries and allergies within your group prior to arrival, as well as indicate the ages of any attending children. Failure to provide food pre-orders before the deadline may result in your first preference of dish, per course, not being available and a standard selection may be chosen by the hotel. We request that your party’s pre-order is sent on one order form, in one go and each dish by course is tallied at the bottom of the page. Please indicate the lead person you would like the table to named under on the pre-order form. We ask that one person from the party liaises with the hotel for the entirety of the booking. If your group has any dietaries queries, please inform the hotel of these through the lead booker.

Children aged 2 years and under receive their meal for free.
