What time is check-in/out?
Guests can check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 11am.
Early check-in and late check-outs might be available at an additional cost. Please check with reception prior to your arrival.
Is there free parking at the hotel?
Yes, the Bank House Hotel has a spacious car park on-site and parking is free of charge.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes, the Bank House Hotel offers Wi-Fi to all guests completely free of charge.
What is the pet policy?
Pets are not allowed in the hotel, but will be allowed in the garden area as long as they are well behaved and kept on a lead.
Guide and hearing dogs are allowed but we ask you inform us prior to arrival so we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel. There are designated smoking areas outside the building. that must be used by anyone wish. to smoke.
Can I use the spa?
Hotel guests can use the spa for a fee of £10 (children under 12 are £5), but this needs to be pre-booked with the spa team.

Do the rooms have hairdryers?
Yes, all rooms have a hairdryer.
Do the rooms have irons and ironing boards?
Yes, all rooms have an iron and ironing board.
Is there room service?
Yes, 24-hour room service is available.
Can I book a family or adjoining room?
We have a number of a family rooms that can be booked specifically prior to arrival. We have some adjoining rooms – please speak with reception who will do their best to accommodate where possible.
Can you provide costs/extra beds?
We do have some cots and extra beds for children. There may be additional charges so please contact us ahead of your stay.
