Lydia, Spa Manager
My name is Lydia Knight and I am the Spa Manager at The Malvern View Spa. My background is in Leisure and Spa and I have been a Therapist for 15 years. I have worked in a variety of Spas, Salons and Health clubs and have trained in Elemis, Decleor, Espa, Aromatherapy Associates and most recently Temple Spa which is my favourite.I believe in always making people feel
special and offering the best customer service and that the little finishing touches make all the difference.
My first experience of the Temple Spa products has been here at The Malvern View Spa and I love all the little touches in the treatments and how the products are named and are all so natural. The two products I could not live without are Peace Be Still an amazing all round moisturiser and I love Skin Truffle Moisturiser for that little bit of indulgence and luxury.
My favourite Temple Spa treatment is the Outer Glow body exfoliation which helps you get to all the bits you cant do yourself and leaves your skin feeling amazing!
Jess, Beauty Therapist
My name is Jess, I am a level 3 qualified Beauty Therapist.
I work as a full-time Beauty Therapist at The Malvern View Spa, I have worked here since 2015 and love that there is always something new to learn each day.
One of my favourite Temple Spa treatments to perform is the My Kinda Skin facial, as I love helping clients define the perfect skincare routine and find the right products to benefit them. Giving clients that one to one care makes my job more rewarding.
My favourite product is the breakfast smoothie; it’s full of natural ingredients such as honey, oats, strawberries and apricot, it is great as a breakfast morning treat! Breakfast Smoothie is perfect if you’re looking for an exfoliator that brightens, refreshes, hydrates and renews your skin daily.
Karina, Beauty Therapist
My name is Karina and I have been in the industry since 2015. I got into beauty after being inspired by family members who have been in the industry themselves over the years, one who does mobile beauty and the another who worked for Champneys. Luckily for me, my work is also one of my passions in life, I love the results that I see on my clients after a treatment and I love how it makes them feel within.
I am fully qualified in NVQ level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy, ear piercing, Sienna X spray tanning, Bellissima Gel and Temple Spa.
I have been working at The Malvern View Spa since it opened at the end of November 2015. Since working with the Temple Spa range I have completely fallen in love with their products. They do what they say on the bottle and they all have their own unique smells.
My favourite products are the Power Breakfast, Aaahhh!, Sugar Buff, Drift Away and Moisture Matte. I especially love Moisture Matte as it can be used as a primer underneath your make-up, and it not only smells great but it leaves your skin feeling soft, with its lightweight and non-greasy texture.
My favourite treatment is a Brush with Heaven, which involves a full body massage from top to toe using a unique Temple Spa technique where the brushes are dipped into warm oil, it’s divine!
Clare, Beauty Therapist
My Name is Clare, I am a Beauty Therapist and Spa Receptionist at The Malvern View Spa.
I qualified as a Beauty Therapist in 2010 in NVQ level 2&3 in Beauty Therapy. At the same time, I also qualified in Level 2 Customer Service. In addition to this, I also had training in Sienna X spray tanning, Hopi Ear Candles and Electrolysis. In my career I’ve been trained in “Schmoo” skincare but most recently the Temple Spa products here at The Malvern View Spa. My skills lay within the spa industry; I love being able to make people feel at ease and relaxed, especially in such a beautiful setting at The Malvern View Spa.
My favourite treatment has always been facials, and discovering Temple Spa’s unique rituals have taken my passion to a higher level. My favourite product is Repose, an aromatherapy resting cream which calms your soul while treating your skin with an amazing blend of essential oils, which helps you relax and unwind.
Bianca, Beauty Therapist
Hi my name is Bianca. I am a level 3 qualified Beauty Therapist and work full time as at The Malvern View Spa. I am also qualified in CND Shellac, Lava Shell and have trained in product knowledge for both ‘Elemis’ and ‘Bamford’ products. I reallyenjoy working with Temple Spa, I love the products and first came across Temple Spa several years ago when I went on my first spa day to a Spa in Sussex where Temple Spa originated from.
My favourite treatment is the My Kinda Skin Facial, I love facials and enjoy everything skin care related. I really enjoy advising people of skincare routines to help them with their concerns and to help create skincare routines that work around their lifestyle.
I love so many products that I find it hard to choose one, however the Life Defence SPF 25 Moisturiser is one to mention as it is so important to protect the skin, SPF and moisturiser in one! I also love the Sugar Buff body scrub, not only does it exfoliate using natural ingredients but it leaves your skin feeling full of moisture and smooth.
Fiona, Spa Receptionist
Hello, my name is Fiona and I am a Receptionist at The Malvern View Spa.
I first started working in the spa industry 1 year ago. This is my first role in the spa industry; after working in retail for the jewellery industry I fancied a change and have always been interested in Spas and Beauty Treatments. I love seeing clients comein stressed and leave feeling relaxed and with a smile on their face. My favourite Temple Spa treatment is Champagne and Truffles facial as it is an all-round luxury treatment which maks you feel like a new woman! My favourite Temple Spa products are Purification Mask and Moisture Matte which have transformed my skin for the better.
Natasha, Spa Receptionist
Hi my name is Natasha and I’m a receptionist at The Malvern View Spa.
I’m a bubbly person with a passion to help others and make everyone happy and comfortable. I’m a qualified hairdresser but it wasn’t what I wanted to do anymore so I chose to move over to the spa side of things. I love working front of house, there are so many opportunities and everyone is so friendly – it’s like a little family.
