The Malvern View Spa is available for hotel guests throughout your stay, offering the perfect space to relax and unwind.
Please note that a supplement applies for use of the Malvern View Spa facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and experience shower.
Spa Access Rates
£15.00 per adult, per day for hotel bedroom reservations booked through third-party websites
£10.00 per adult, per day for hotel bedroom reservations booked directly through the Bank House website or with our reservations team
£5.00 per child, per day (under 16 years old)*
Don’t forget to add spa use to your booking and start unwinding from the moment you arrive.
Please note: “Per day” refers to the spa and pool opening hours which are:
· Monday to Saturday: 7:00am – 8:00pm
· Sunday & Bank Holidays: 8:00am – 7:00pm

Sunday and Bank Holidays – 8am to 10am & 4pm to 7pm
Children under the age of 16 are not entitled to use of the thermal suite.
