Yoga Retreat Spa Morning

Start your Spa journey with a relaxing and uplifting yoga class, recharge with a healthy Protein Brunch, and then enjoy a 30 minute treatment* of your choice…

Available the last Saturday of each month –  £70 per person. 

Join our Yoga instructor, Melissa Porter, for a vinyasa flow yoga class suitable for all levels, with a focus on connecting with the breath and being present in the moment. Expect a gentle warm up leading to some flowing yoga sequences and restorative seated yoga poses, all followed by a deep relaxation at the end. Modifications and support will be given to help make postures more or less challenging depending on your level of experience.
