Bank House Earns Safe Clean & Legal Accreditation

The Bank House Hotel Spa & Golf Club has successfully achieved the Quality in Tourism Safe Clean & Legal™ accreditation.

At a time when high standards and cleanliness have never been so important, the Bank House Hotel has followed up its recent Visit Britain’s ‘We’re Good To Go’ recognition with another stamp of approval, this time from Quality in Tourism.

Quality in Tourism are performance partners for DMOs, hotels & guesthouses, tourist attractions and professional associations. Setting and improving standards across the UK for over 15 years, QIT offer advice, support and assessments for tourism & hospitality businesses.

Following their independent assessment, the Bank House passed a series of robust checks that ensure minimum industry-approved standards are either met or exceeded. These checks and tests include safety & legal requirements, furniture, facilities and equipment, cleanliness and hygiene and communication with guests.

Having passed the relevant tests, guests can feel confident that a stay at the Bank House Hotel is safe, clean and legal.

The Bank House Hotel re-opened to the public on Monday 13 July following months of government-enforced lockdown. To further assure guests, visitors and staff, the hotel has put in place strict COVID Policies to ensure their safety and well-being, which can be seen here.

Meanwhile, the hotel’s Bransford Golf Club re-opened in May following earlier easing of the lockdown measures, and the Malvern View Spa will be opening soon after more recent government announcements.
